Summer is for top knots and cottage hangs, picnics in the park and sweet treats at Bang Bang; sangria pitchers on patios with friends, and dancing up a storm during festival weekends. But, summer is also good for one other thing: making smoothies. We’ve got four different recipes that will make your heart sing. These jar-fulls will add nutrients to your body and a pop of colour to your Instagram feed!

4. DIY!

The best thing about smoothies is that the possibilities and combinations are endless. All you need to make a great smoothie is a liquid base, a thickening component like banana or avocado and your favourite fruits/veggies. Experiment with flavours you already love or be adventurous and try something new. Once you start, you’ll find yourself celebrating smoothie-o’clock more than you thought.

Cheers!
