Goodbye winter clothing, hello spring/summer fits! Warmer days are upon us and we’re ready to dip our toes into the latest fashionable trends. We’ve seen some of our fave ladies Gigi Hadid and Sofia Richie strutting in some fabulous footwear, and we can’t help but get inspired to revamp our closet to start off spring with a bang.

What is fashion without the bad gal herself? During last year’s Paris Fashion Week, Rihanna debuted her Spring/Summer 17 Fenty x Puma line, which included sporty sandals and shoes. Noticeable trends from the Spring 2017 runways involved a lot of pastel colours and ruffles, but one standout trend is the bow. With Rihanna’s inspired bow collection from her latest collaboration with Puma, we’ll expect to see many gals incorporating this unique and versatile style to their wardrobes. Similar to how everyone was rocking her fur slides all summer 16,  it will be a repeat with these chic, fabulous bow-inspired shoes.

Minimalist Sneakers

We can finally rejoice about Frank + Oak’s latest footwear line for women: the popular Canadian brand released their first collection of shoes for all the ladies just in time for spring!  With its minimalist design, the Park leather low-top sneakers will be your go-to everyday shoe. Bonus: this style has dropped in a range of colours, so feel free to go bold with gold or keep it classic in clean white. For more details, click here.

Lately we’ve been seeing the revival of the 90s. From GUESS’s latest 1981 Capsule Collection launch to Gap’s ’90s campaign (starring your favourite ’90s gap-ad stars), the old school retro vibe is more noticeable than ever and we can’t help but be a part of it. In particular, one item that has everyone buzzing are loafers. No longer limited to your grandmother’s shoe of choice, loafers are back and with brands like Steve Madden and H&M jumping on board. With these backless beauties, this slip-on style is perfect for spring.
