Tuesday, July 11: Embiria presents Balance: Meditation, Mindfulness + Eats

Take a moment to relax and hit pause this week by joining Embiria for an evening yoga practice and guided mediation at Calii Love (367 King St. W.). Get your zen on and learn how to incorporate mindfulness in to your day to day life with the help of Cassidy from Radiate Happy, a mindfulness and meditation teacher of 10 years. Wednesday, July 12: Matisse, Picasso, Monet and more: Kenneth Brummel on the Modern

Looking to get your weekly dose of art in? The AGO has got you covered with an exclusive talk from the Assistant Curator of Modern Art, Kenneth Brummel. Kenneth will be speaking about the recent re-installation of the Modern Collection gallery, which features major works by Henri Matisse, Pablo Picasso, Franz Kline, and Claude Monet. If you want to learn about some of history’s most beautiful and famous paintings, the event starts at 7 p.m. and tickets can be purchased here.

Friday, July 12 – Saturday, July 13: Budweiser County Fair

Experience the true spirit of country right in the heart of Toronto at the first ever Budweiser County Fair (525 King St. W.). This two day outdoor festival is expected to draw in over 6,000 people for live music, drink sampling, BBQ from Toronto’s top chefs, carnival eats, mechanical bull rides, carnival games, line dancing and more! Join the country craze here.

Saturday, July 13: Bloor West Street Fest

It’s time for the Bloor West Village’s first Street Festival!  If you’re a Bloor West local, this event is a great way to get to know your neighbours while enjoying the warm summer weather. The street will become home to an outdoor marketplace for local buys, live music, children’s activities and street performers. This free all-day event will run from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Sunday, July 14: Tuesday, July 16: Honda Indy 2017

It’s that time of the year again! For all the car enthusiasts out there, the Honda Indy is back and bigger than ever. This annual race takes place on the Exhibition Place‘s 2.8km circuit, where some of the world’s fastest drivers will speed down the Lakeshore. The festival also includes great food, beer gardens, meet and greets, and tons of other car related fun. Tickets are selling out fast, but you may still be able to score one here.
