What was your first job?
A snack bar at the beach when I was 12 or 13 years old, which I still have such fond memories of!
Best advice for people getting started in your industry?
Be prepared to work hard. I think there is a common perception that working in the fashion industry is somewhat “glamorous” when in reality it is a lot of hard work and extremely competitive.
What are your favourite media outlets, not including your own?
YouTube. Does that count? I’ve also made a note-to-self to listen to more podcasts in 2018.
Best campaign you’ve ever worked on?
The best campaigns are when the job is challenging and I’m assisting a stylist that I learn a lot from.
I try to look at every experience in a positive light.
What rule(s) do you live your life by?
We’re never going to survive unless we get a little crazy.
You’re boarding a plane tomorrow. Where are you headed?
Crete, Greece to visit my family.
Kris, cause she’s the boss. But also, Kendall because her style is on point.
Who would be cast to play you in the movie version of your life?
Nothing. I don’t really make time for TV but if/when I do probably Stranger Things season 2.
Contagious: Why Things Catch On by Jonah Berger.
Song of the moment?
Love Kendrick Lamar.
Because there are too many to just name one:
- KiraKira+ app, because who doesn’t love a little sparkle?
- Planoly app, for planning my grid.
- Zara app, because it’s a lifesaver.
One thing you can’t live without?
People aside. If I had to choose an object either my passport or my phone.
